After the Vietnam war, Americans returned home to find their nation in shambles and the country at odds with itself. Civil war has taken ahold of the glorious nation with rebel group the Constitutionalist, led by Hubert Humphrey, killing members of the cabinet in an attempt to over throw President Robert McNamara. After fighting it out through paper and words, these two enemies decided to put an end to their disagreement once and for all.
In a showdown between the two Sunday morning in front of their supporters and friends, the unexpected happened, possibly leaving America in more chaos than ever before. Over the past few months, America has lost both Presidents JFK and LBJ to assassination plots, and now, it will have to deal with the aftermath of both presidential candidate killing each other at the exact same time. While the obvious choice may be Vice President Henry Kissinger, or perhaps rebel coleader George Kannan, both of these candidates loyalties to the recently deceased rivals will no doubt result in the resuming of the conflict and more violence being spread through these United States.
The people of America can only hope that the cabinet and other officials are able to quell this chaos and instate a new leader for the nation not shrouded in scandal and distrust. In a time like this, the only words to say are “Good luck America, and may God be with all of us”.
